2019-20 School Year Important Information

All Vanier families should be receiving a mail-out from the school in the next few days.  In the mail-out, you will find:
 
1) a letter with information re: fees, supplies, start-up times/dates, etc. (see letter HERE).
2) for families new to Holy Trinity, a letter with instructions to access PowerSchool.
3) any report cards not picked up in June.
 
We have not included a 2019-20 course schedule in the mail-out.  We continue to make some adjustments to the courses.  You can find a copy of your child's course schedule by logging on to PowerSchool on a desktop computer (we are experiencing inconsistencies with the smart phone app).  Once logged in:
 
1) on the left-hand side, select "My Schedule".
2) select the "Matrix View" tab to see courses from both semesters.
 
PowerSchool can be accessed HERE.  If you have forgotten your password and/or username, please follow the links at the bottom of the page.  If you continue to have difficulties, please contact our office at 306-693-6744 and we will help you out.
 
Keep in mind that we are continuing to adjust schedules and will provide students with a paper copy on Tuesday, September 3 when classes start.
 
For grade 9 families, we will also provide a copy of your child's schedule at the family BBQ on Thursday, August 29.  We will begin serving supper at 5:30 and plan to start our introductions and program at 6:30 in the gym.
 
For returning students that know they need to request a schedule change, print this "Course Change Request" Application and submit to the Vanier Office at your convenience.  We also have copies available in the office.
 
Grade 10, 11 and 12 students are welcome to come by the school on Friday, August 30 to select a locker.  Please remember to bring your lock.  If you lost it over the summer, they are available for purchase in the office for $5.00.
