Vanier Update

Student Schedules will be shared with families via conversation from the school during the week of Sept. 1-4.
 
Schedule Changes can be requested via email to [email protected].  The school is currently closed to all visitors.
 
Block System - we will start the school year with P1 in the morning and P4 in the afternoon for the months of September and October.  Projected end date for Block 1 is Friday, October 23.

School Fees - There will be no School Fees for the 2020-21 School Year.  Information on Yearbook purchases will be shared at a later date.  Some courses may have fees for consumables, this will be shared on the first day of class with students.
 
Outstanding Fees and School Items from the 2019-20 School Year - please call the office to coordinate payment or drop-off.
 
Supplies - backpack containing basic school items (binder, paper, pens, pencils), water bottle, additional hand sanitizer and it is recommended to have your own re-usable cloth mask.  Click HERE to see more information.
 
Lockers will not be available to start the school year.

Math 99 - we will contact families by January 2021 to share information on our accelerated program for the second semester.

South Hill Families - Bus Passes will NOT be supplied for the 2020-21 School Year.  City transportation details are available at https://moosejaw.ca/
 
Extra-Curricular - the Saskatchewan High School Athletic Association has announced that the start of school sports has been postponed until Sept. 28 (Outdoor Activities) and October 13 (Indoor Activities).  All clubs are on "pause" under the HTCSD re-open plan. (UPDATED: Aug. 30)
 
Office access for parents & guests - please feel free to call us at 306-693-6744 or to directly email the staff member you would like to talk with.  Please call the school to arrange meetings, if required.
 
Lunch Program - we have suspended our lunch and snack sales until further notice.  Hunger in Moose Jaw will provide lunches, please contact the school for an application form if this is required by your family.
 
We will provide limited seating during the lunch hour for students wishing to stay at school.  Please note that microwaves will not be available.
