Child and Youth Parenting Groups

The following is a list of our the parenting groups we will be offering in the next few months. At this time, they are all scheduled virtually. Additional sessions will be offered as in 2021.  These groups are open to any parents, but as space is limited, pre-registration is required.  To register, a parent can call our Intake Team at 306-691-6464.

The Equip, Educate and Empowering Parents (E3) Workshop

This group is appropriate for parents/caregivers who may be struggling with their teens on a variety of issues such as drugs, alcohol, anger and family conflict. The workshop will provide information on communication styles, healthy boundaries, handling stress, family dynamics as well as how to support, love and understand your teen.

This workshop is for parents and caregivers only.

The upcoming sessions are scheduled to be facilitated virtually, through a computer or phone, with preference being computer.  

Parenting Your Anxious Child Group

This group is appropriate for parents of children ages 6-15 who are exhibiting anxiety symptoms. This group provides parents information on anxiety and a variety of tools to help support their children in coping with their anxiety.

FThe age range was recently adapted from 6-12 to 6-15.

This workshop is for parents and caregivers only.
