Good morning Vanier families!
Please take a moment to read through the following points and links:
1) The safety of our students is always a priority. Please look through the HTCSD Fair Notice Brochure that outlines our protocol for assessing threats. If you have questions about the protocols in our school or community, please do not hesitate to ask.
2) Our first School Community Council (SCC) meeting will be on Wednesday, September 30 @ 7pm. We will establish our SCC executive members at that time. Since we are still restricted on visitors into the school, the meeting will be online. Please reply to this email expressing your interest in attending the meeting and I will forward a link to you next week. Please RSVP by Monday, Sept. 28.
3) Grade 12 Families - please take note of the noon-hour meeting times for grade 12 students, coordinated by Ms. Lapointe, to assist in post-secondary information and scholarships. The schedule is posted on our school announcement page (HERE).
We are into the third week of the 2020-21 school year and have been so happy to have the students back in the building! As always, please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
